Terms and Conditions

By making an appointment, you automatically agree to our general terms and conditions.

 
Payments

To confirm your appointment, a deposit of 30% of the service price must be paid. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining amount must be paid by card only. We do not accept cash payments. If cash is paid despite this, an additional €10 will be charged to cover deposit costs.
 
If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we will have to cancel it and charge the full amount, as otherwise our schedule will be delayed and other clients may not be helped on time.
 
If you want to reschedule your appointment, this can be done up to 24 hours in advance. Changes made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
 
You may reschedule your appointment up to two times using your deposit. After the third rescheduling, your deposit will be forfeited.
 
A "Squeeze-in" spot will incur an additional €15 charge.
 
 

Changes to the Appointment

It is very important that you select the correct set and service (set removal, refill, or new set) when booking. If you need to make any changes, you can do so by messaging us on WhatsApp or Instagram at least 24 hours before your appointment. If this is not done in time, your appointment may be canceled due to not having enough time before the next client arrives. In that case, you will still need to pay for the service you originally booked.

 

 
Respect and Communication

It is very important to treat our employees with respect at all times. If we feel that respect is lacking, we reserve the right to ask you to leave the salon or cancel your appointment in advance. This applies to both in-person and online communication through social media.
Please note that it is not possible to call us. All communication must be done via WhatsApp or Instagram messages only.
 

Business hours for communication:

  • We do not respond to messages after 20:00 on weekdays.
  • We do not respond to messages after 17:00 on weekends.
Please keep this in mind when reaching out.
 


General

 
A surcharge of €10 applies to appointments after 18:00 and on weekends.
 
Please arrive with clean skin around your eyes. If makeup needs to be removed with makeup remover, an additional €5 will be added to the service price.
 
Do not arrive at the location more than 10 minutes in advance. If you arrive earlier, please send us a message.
 
It is not permitted to bring additional guests without prior consultation. If this occurs, we will kindly ask the guest to leave the premises.
 
 

Allergies

In the event of an allergic reaction, the set will be removed free of charge. However, the service price is non-refundable.
